I ran furniture manufacturing before BrandSure existed — 3 factories, 50,000 sq.ft of production, and ₹87 crores+ of annual sales handled. Frames, foam, fabric, tailors leaving mid-season, delivery trucks stuck, customers calling at 9 pm. All of it.

And I watched something that bothered me for years: good manufacturers staying small for the wrong reasons. Not because their furniture was weak. Because everything — enquiries, pricing, follow-up, marketing, complaints — depended on one man. The owner.
